3. Your obligations

  1. You are not to download, attempt to download, use, sell or re-purpose the content
  2. The subscriber “user” is responsibility to manage their subscription including and not limited to canceling and renewing their subscription.
  3. You understand that The golden suite ltd is in no way or form offering financial / investment advice. All content found on the golden suite ltd website or application is for education purposes only.

4. Fees/Payment

Fees to access the platform are as advertised on our website.

The golden suite ltd offers a zero-refund policy to any of the golden suite products.

5. Liability and indemnity

  1. In providing these services we are not liable under these Terms and Conditions for:
    1. any loss of profits, anticipated profits or business,
    2. loss of reputation
    3. any losses arising from the choice of service and its effects on you or your business.
